Kathryn Barnhill is an Account Manager with M3Solutions, LLC. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Events Management, Magna Cum Laude from the University of Alabama. Kathryn interned with the UA Sports Department focusing on their events, specifically on the Tile IX 50th Anniversary celebration in the Spring of 2022.   

Kathryn was the head JV and Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach for Tuscaloosa County High School (7A) in 2021 and has also coached two years with Netforce Volleyball Academy. Prior to working with M3Solutions, Kathryn worked for 3 years as a Suite Attendant with the Birmingham Barons Baseball Team. 

Kathryn began working with M3Solutions clients in 2020 as an intern at onsite Conferences as well as administrative tasks. She is the Executive Director for the Speech and Hearing Association of Alabama as well as Kansas MGMA. Her daily responsibilities include association management, member services, social media, sponsor recruitment, as well as organizing and executing conferences.
