Lisa is President of M³Solutions, LLC.  Lisa received her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with a concentration in Advertising and Marketing from Samford University in 1994.  She attended Samford on a track and field scholarship. 

Lisa started her career in the advertising field working with various clients to formulate their advertising strategy.  She began working with Healthcare Leaders Association of Alabama in 1994 and grew to love association management and conference planning.  She left advertising in 1998 and formed M³Solutions, LLC as a full-service association management company.  In addition to serving as President of M3Solutions, Lisa serves as the Executive Director for Healthcare Leaders Association of Alabama, Healthcare Leaders Association of Texas, The Cooperative Exchange, and is the Conference Facilitator for eSolutions Xchange. She served on the MGMA 2010 Pilot Program for State Strategies, was the National MGMA State Staff Conference facilitator in 2007 and 2011, as well as the only state MGMA staff appointed to the MGMA State Relations Committee in 2012 which developed a state relationship strategy realigning all state and local chapters under a new MGMA affiliation agreement. Lisa was a speaker at the MGMA State Leaders Conference in 2006, 2008, 2011, 2014, 2017 and 2022.

Lisa resides in Birmingham, Alabama is a proud mom to 3 grown children, and three precious grandaughters and has been married to Jeff since 1994.
