Mindy has worked with M3Solutions since 2008 where her current role is Senior Account Manager. Assignments include serving as the Executive Director for Healthcare Leaders Association of Ohio, Oregon MGMA and  Washington State Healthcare Leaders Association, as well as the Conference Facilitator for the Pacific Northwest Medical Management Conference. Her daily tasks include association management, organizing and executing events, corporate conferences, webinars, promotions, contests, community service projects and orchestrating annual marketing plans. She has served on several national MGMA pilot test programs as well as the MGMA State Leaders Conference Planning committee.  Mindy has presented at the MGMA State Leaders Conference on Association Branding Best Practices in 2013; Hotel Contracting for Associations in 2015 and How to Avoid Risk in Your Association in 2020.

Prior to joining M3Solutions, Mindy worked for several full-service advertising agencies as a media supervisor, planner and negotiator on local and national client accounts. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree, specializing in advertising and speech communications, from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama in 1998.

Mindy resides in Sandpoint, Idaho and is married to Jeff.  She is the proud mom to two children.
